On Site Camping and RVs

CAMPING

Please pre-register for a campsite by booking on line.  There are a limited number of spots available, and we don't want anyone to be disappointed.

Camping opens Friday at 9am. Security is not provided for the camping area outside of the festival dates.

Only tents trailers and RV's are prmitted in the camping area.

Absolutely no open fires or barbeques will be permitted in the camping area.

No glass will be permitted on the resort property. Bags/coolers will be checked when entering the camping area.

Small generators are permitted for use between 9am and 9pm. No generators are allowed in the quiet camping area.

A quiet camping area is available for those wanting a more subdued camping experience. No loud noise is permitted during festival hours and no noise at all is permitted after 11pm. Voices are to be kept low after 11 pm. Vehicles are not permitted in the quiet camping area.

Campers should be prepared for the terrain.  Some locations will be at the bottom of the ski hill, some hill side with a gentle incline, others on a landing a slight walk up the hill.

Campers should be prepared for inclement weather and plan accordingly.

Entrance to the campsite area will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.

A pathway of 10 feet must be observed at all times between campsites to allow for emergency vehicles.

Concert goers without camping identification will not be permitted in the on-site camping area.

The base ski lodge will be open until12:00 midnight on Friday and Saturday nights.

Breakfast will be offered daily from 7:00 am until 11:00 am Saturday and Sunday outdoors on the festival grounds.

Vehicles are permitted into the camping area load/unload zone for 15 minutes at which time vehicles must exit to the parking lot.

No personal food or drink may be brought from the camping area into the fenced concert area

 

RV PASSES

To avoid being dissappointed, pre-register for an RV campsite by purchasing on line. Attendees must purchase an All Weekend Festival Pass w/Camping in order to buy an RV pass.  If you purchase an RV pass, you are guaranteed a spot; if you do not, all extra RV's will be turned away!

An RV pass will cost an additional fee on top of the purchase of a camping ticket.

Companion vehicles will not be permitted to park next to the RV and need to be relocated to the parking lot. If you leave for any reason, you will not be permitted to return to the RV lot.  RV length is limited to 35 feet.

 

RV Hook Ups

There are a limited number of sites available with with power and water hook ups. These sites must be pre-registered by purchasing them on line.

Proof of payment must be presented at the ticketing gate upon arrival.
